Into Africa Year 5 (Spring 2015)
OneLove founder Suzanne Dane returned to Tanzania with her daughter Tanya Schofield. She partnered with Tusaidiane Womens Centre to deliver the Biashara Villages Ventures program (developed by OneLove Africa)  training program to 41 women in a village 30 minutes outside of Moshi in the Kilimanjaro region of Tanzania. In addition to providing an 8 x 4hr training program, each woman can make a presentation to receive a grant of approximately $50. Not much in Canada but goes a long way in Africa.

She also delivered ‘train the trainer’ to 60 people representing 100 villages. They will in turn go back to teach others in the village. It is anticipated the outreach of this training will impact more than 3,000 people. We will continue to provide support throughout the year through a local field officer and monitor their progress.

Thank you to our generous donors and supporters that have made this possible.
